Mike Gibbons, Mobica's Managing Director, has 25 years track record in providing software consultancy services to the telecommunications and mobile industries. Previously Mike has established, built and managed a number of leading edge technology consulting companies throughout Europe.

Tomasz Krawczynski is Managing Director of Mobica’s Polish offices. Tomasz has successfully built and managed a wide range of outsourced teams for many of the world’s leading companies in the mobile industry.

Mike King, Mobica’s SVP of Sales, has 17 year experience providing services to the technology industry including the last 12 years within the mobile industry.  Mike has established major relationships and projects within many of the world’s largest mobile handset vendors, operators, ISVs and semiconductor vendors.

Eric Ljungberg(COO) has 21 years experience from mobile phone R&D and software consultancy, including the management of development units in 12 countries across Asia, Europe and USA. Eric has developed 8 patents and was a pioneer in the specifications of UMTS with leading roles in ETSI and 3GPP at the time.

Jim Carroll, Mobica's CTO, has been designing and implementing telecommunications technology solutions for over 15 years. As a mobile technology expert, Jim leads Mobica's technical strategy, provides consultancy, and manages the delivery of many key projects to a global customer base.

Ralph Scott Chief of Projects Officer to Mobica responsible for execution and delivery within the organisation. Having served 10 years as an industrial analyst in the chemical industry and 15 years in the software consultancy business (telecommunications), he applies best practice from both areas to maintain the highest standards of engineering within the company.

Rafal Janczyk, SVP of Strategy and Marketing. In 2007 Rafal established Lodz office of Mobica and has been responsible for its growth into the main software development centre of Mobica and introduction of testing services. Previously Rafal worked in telecommunication and space industry both as manager and software engineer.

Clare Wright, Mobica’s VP of Finance, has over 20 years experience of finance and administration, 11 years of which have been in the IT and mobile industries. Clare has been with Mobica since 2006 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the financial side of the organisation.

Ken Norbury, VP Consumer and Industrial Devices Business has over 30 years’ experience in technology business, including Operating System, Audio, Mobile, Industrial Control and Desktop software companies. Ken has worked previously for a leading Mobile Phone manufacturer and on the Executive team of a Silicon Valley technology business providing technologies and services to some of the world’s largest device manufacturers in Europe and Asia.
