Co-founder Jon Clayton has over 20 years experience in general management and consultancy, and his current role includes Business Strategy and Business Development. His previous role as Operations Director, and Managing Director ensures a strong focus on high quality delivery.

Co-founder Nick Stammers’ experience includes co-founding of Teleca UK in 1992, Managing Director of Teleca UK, and CEO of Teleca AB from its creation, building this into an international telecoms software consulting company of 2,800 staff in 15 countries. Nick left Teleca in 2004, to be co-founder of Mobica, and his current role is company Chairman.

Mike Gibbons, Mobica’s Managing Director, has 20 years track record in the software consultancy business to the telecommunications and mobile industries. Previously Mike has built and managed a number of leading edge technology consulting companies working at the forefront of mobile technology.

Tomasz Krawczynski is Managing Director of Mobica’s Polish offices. Tomasz has successfully built and managed a wide range of outsourced teams for many of the world’s leading companies in the mobile industry. Together, Mobica’s Senior Management team have built and grown Mobica based on 4 founding values.
