Managing Director and co-founder Jon Clayton has grown Mobica to be a significant player in mobile software development for leading handset companies, platform providers, operators and technology vendors. Jon has a strong background of 20 years experience in general management and consultancy

CEO Nick Stammers has more than 20 years experience delivering high-tech software services. In 1992 he co-founded Teleca UK and as Managing Director built the company to 250 engineers. In 2001 Nick became CEO of Teleca AB from its creation and built it into an international telecoms software consulting company of 2,800 staff in 15 countries. In 2004 Nick left Teleca to be co-founder of Mobica.

Mike Gibbons, Mobica’s Operations Director, has over 20 years experience in the services industry, managing a number of services companies specialising in telecommunications and mobile development.

Tomasz Krawczynski is Managing Director of Mobica’s Polish offices. Tomasz previously built and ran a services company of over 100 software engineers providing consultancy and development services to the mobile world.
